M4C provides its clients with a dedicated marketing manager that assumes responsibility of strategy, execution & reporting. The M4C Marketing Manager usually reports back to the General Manager / CEO or Project Director of the respective client. 

M4C is the brainchild of Sylvia Klopper, an ex P&G Marketeer and Founder of rubybox.co.za, SA's largest online beauty community which she recently exited. 

Sylvia is a marketeer at heart and managed a company with 25 staff. Her business was focussed around marketing - however she knows of the challenges a small to medium sized company faces that cannot afford an excellent financial manager or head of operations. She realised the value (both monetary and in performance) of outsourcing your non-core business unit(s) to partners you trust. Seeing a gap in South Africa of an outsourced CMO (chief marketing officer) model, M4C was born.

Through its focus on the customer, the 4C’s marketing mix is a step away from the traditional mass marketing concept reflecting as well as our focus on agile marketing.

From the strategy framework we create your actionable Marketing Plan including trackable goals.The marketing plan will contain an in-depth Content Plan laid out within the overall Communication Channel Plan

Marketing Execution

We pride ourselves on excellence in execution. After we signed off the marketing plan with you, we go into action. Depending on the client, the channels we manage range from Email Database Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid Channels (Google, FB, Display, Affiliates, Re-marketing), online PR all the way to traditional channels such as Events.

We also focus on multimedia content generation as one of our key pillars for our clients to tell their stories and messages in a meaningful way.

We use a wide array of open-source marketing technology to achieve the set objectives in the most cost-effective and modern ways.

Business Intelligence

Closing the loop we track ongoing against our set targets & report to our clients monthly on the progress.

Reporting will be focussed around actuals versus targets coupled with recommendations from the business intelligence we are gathering on an ongoing basis.
